Recommended Insurance Coverage for Townhomes

Beginning Thursday, June 8th and continuing into the next couple weeks, the Association will be initiating inspections on Townhome roof & building exteriors, between the hours of 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. It is not necessary for anyone to be at home for the roof inspections to take place.

Additionally, we would like to recommend each townhome homeowner consider obtaining an HO6 Policy which is the type of policy typically held by most Condo and Townhome Owners. This coverage can help protect your home from a loss assessment for a covered event. You can purchase this insurance through most insurance brokers. Please contact your current insurance agent to see if this policy is right for you and your insurance needs.
