Recommended Additional Insurance Coverage for Townhomes

As the Managing Agent for the Huntington Villas Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we would like to take the opportunity to share with you information regarding additional coverage you may be eligible to add to your current home insurance policy if you do not already have it. With the storm seasons and winter weather we have experienced here in the Texas region in the last few years, many homeowners are taking advantage of this add-on coverage as part of their townhome and/or condominium coverage known as “Loss Assessment Coverage.”

This coverage can help protect your home from a loss assessment should one occur or be levied by the Association in relation to a covered event. If you do not already have this coverage and are interested in learning more about it, you are encouraged to contact your local insurance agent or broker for assistance. Plans and coverages may differ depending on the amount of coverage and your insurance provider.
