Window Repairs

As the Managing Agent for the Huntington Villas Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we would like to remind you that window screen repair work for specific Townhome addresses is commencing 12/11/24 – 12/19/24 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The contractors will need interior access for repairs. Please also note homeowners in buildings 1-13 or at addresses listed in the attachment will need to leave gates unlocked for 2 weeks starting Wednesday December 11, 2024, to allow contractors access to repair HVAC casing.
To ensure the safety and convenience of all Homeowners, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Remove items from walls – Please remove any items hanging on walls to prevent incidents during construction.
2. Secure Pets – Please make sure that pets are kept indoors and secured to avoid any accidents or escapes during the construction activities.
3. Personal Items – Secure any personal items both inside and outside of your units to avoid damage or loss.
4. Renters - The homeowner is responsible for notifying renters/tenants of these window repair instructions.
