Window Repairs and Inclement Weather

As the Managing Agent for the Huntington Villas Townhome Owners Association, Inc., we would like to remind you that window screen repair work for various Townhome addresses is commencing today 12/17/24, and continuing next week from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The contractors will need interior access for repairs. This repair work will be completed weather permitting (pausing work on any day with forecasted rain).
***Please also note homeowners in buildings 1-13 or at addresses listed in the attachment will need to leave gates unlocked on December 23rd to allow contractors access to repair the HVAC casing.***
To ensure the safety and convenience of all Homeowners, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Remove items from walls – Please remove any items hanging on walls to prevent incidents during construction.
2. Secure Pets – Please make sure that pets are kept indoors and secured to avoid any accidents or escapes during the construction activities.
3. Personal Items – Secure any personal items both inside and outside of your units to avoid damage or loss.
4. Renters - The homeowner is responsible for notifying renters/tenants of these window repair instructions.
