Backyard Access

As the Managing Agent for Huntington Villas Townhome Owners Association Inc., we want to inform you that on Tuesday, July 1st, Thursday, July 3rd, and Friday, July 4th, the landscaping vendor will need access to homeowner’s backyards. The landscaping team will be performing restoration maintenance on the irrigation system. Please understand that if a backyard is locked the vendor will not perform the services and will have to return at a different date, which will incur additional costs to the Association.

We are asking all homeowners to leave the backyard gate either unlocked or provide us with your code for access. If a backyard gate is locked the HOA has the right to gain access through any means including removing the lock to perform necessary maintenance, according to the Associations CC&Rs/Governing Documents. We ask that you put your pets inside your home for the safety of our vendor workers, and the safety of your pets.
